The project proposes dba EVgo to establish fleet charging uses at the existing surface parking lot located at 241 Loomis Street. Scope of work will include installation of thirty (30) 200-kW electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and associated electrical gear (switchboard assembly and utility transformer) serving sixty (60) parking stalls. Site upgrades will include trenching and re-striping of existing surfaces to accommodate installation of the EV chargers and associated equipment.

This project proposes introducing a hydrogen trailer (supplied by OneH2) and generator trailer (supplied by Renewable Innovations) on site to facilitate delivering EV charging on site. The hydrogen and generator trailers will provide 4 charging stations for Cruise's Autonomous Vehicles. The provision of chargers using hydrogen is intended to be a short to medium term solution to fulfill a charging capacity gap generated by PG&E's long upgrade lead times.

The proposed project is located in the Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood and within the Bayview Hunters Point Plan Area. The project proposes to demolish existing site improvements (site paving, fencing, etc.) and construct a new self-storage building (the "Project"). The existing parcel is Block 5583, Lot 015, and is approximately 30,425 square feet. The project site is located in the PDR-2 Zoning District and is currently used as a private automobile fleet storage parking lot at grade level. The Project proposes to construct a self-storage building of approximately 119,790 square feet of which approximately 11,310 square feet is dedicated to accessory parking and loading functions. The new building will be four stories and approximately 55 feet in height.

New 8' tall ornamental fencing, 5' planting strip, repaving / restriping to match plans presented to the Planning Commission under motion # 20126. No work outside of this / scope approved by Planning Commission permitted. interim use to last 3 years. ____________________________________________________________________ Request for Conditional Use Authorization pursuant to Planning Code Sections 210.3 and 303 to establish a temporary private parking lot for Yellow Cab of San Francisco. The proposal will require repaving and restriping of approximately 121,000 square feet of lot area, currently utilized as surface parking, a vacant private soccer field, and a vacant lot, in order to establish this temporary and private parking lot. This proposal also includes the addition of landscaping and fencing to screen the proposed parking lot from the public right of way. There are three existing buildings on site, approximately 20,900 square feet of floor area, that are proposed for accessory office and general maintenance uses by Yellow Cab. Approval is good for 3 years.
